Terms and Conditions for Asia Horizon

1. Introduction

Welcome to Asia Horizon! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and features. If you are using the website on behalf of another party, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that party to these Terms.

3. Scope of Services

Asia Horizon offers travel-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Booking tours and transportation in Asia.
    We act as an intermediary between users and service providers, facilitating bookings and reservations. The actual services (e.g., tours and transportation) are provided by third parties and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

4. Booking Terms

  • Booking Process: All bookings must be made through the forms provided on our website. Payments are to be made via bank transfer according to the instructions shared during the booking process.
  • Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent by Asia Horizon.
  • Cancellations and Refunds:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date: Full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the tour start date: 50% refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date: No refund of the deposit.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a cancellation request.

5. User Obligations

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when making a booking or inquiry.
  • Refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities or misuse of the website.
  • Comply with the policies and terms of the third-party service providers whose services you book through our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Asia Horizon is not responsible for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party service providers.
  • Personal injuries, property damage, or dissatisfaction with services provided by third parties.
  • Losses or damages resulting from technical errors, website outages, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Hungarian law, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is either owned by Asia Horizon or licensed from third parties.
